Once you’ve made your purchase, go ahead and send an email with your name and order number to lisa@level1gamers.com. This email should include the following character details:
Name
Class/Race
Physical description
Weapons
Preferred color for monochrome version
Any visual reference images you’d like to include
‘If you have any specific poses in mind, let me know that as well.

Our processing times typically range from 3-7 days. Postal times typically range from 3-5 days within the US, and 14-21 days for international shipping. During busy times, like the holidays, postal delays may occur.

MUGS: All of our mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe!
STICKERS: Our vinyl stickers are waterproof, but not recommended for outdoor use due to potential fading from the sun.
APPAREL: We recommend washing any of our apparel inside out to preserve the image.
DICE TRAYS: Dice trays can be cleaned with a slightly damp cloth.
